    Metalworking Fluids

    Metalworking Fluids

    Metalworking Fluids (MWFs) are used in the production of metal products where lubrication and impurity removal are necessary. MWFs are used as friction modifiers and process aids to preserve the integrity of both the machine and the metal parts. Metalworking fluid formulations can be either oil-based or emulsion-based. 

    Skilled formulators use our INDAPRO products for corrosion control and to provide superior surfactant properties to metalworking solutions.

    For products that are used in the refinery operation or other upstream processing steps Vertellus has a diverse portfolio of additives. Refiners seek chemical additive solutions that provide efficiencies and improve product quality.     Resins & Foam

    Our INDAPRO product range includes curing agents that offer unique properties in epoxy resins and act as efficient crosslinkers for buoyant, syntactic foams. The cured resin using our INDAPRO 58 Series may provide superior mechanical performance to epoxy resins cured with di-amines or polyamides.  Due to the inherent chemical properties, manufacturers and formulators of composite foams and resins benefit from longer pot life at the point of use.
