Jarace™ SDA (Sodium Diacetate) – FCC grade functions as a shelf-life extender and flavor enhancer. The free acetic acid in Sodium Diacetate boosts these functions.  It can be used as a buffer in controlling the pH of food during various stages of processing as well as finished goods.
